Frequently asked questions about the voucher
Does the voucher expire?
No. Our vouchers have no expiry date — they stay valid indefinitely, even if they are only redeemed a few years from now.
I need the gift today – is that possible?
Yes. The voucher is available as a PDF to print yourself: order it, receive it by email straight away, then print it or forward it directly. If you would rather hold something in your hand, you can pick up a voucher at the theatre on performance days — from one hour until 15 minutes before the show at the latest.
How is the voucher redeemed?
When booking, enter the voucher code from your order — online in the ticket shop. It also works by phone or in person at the theatre. If the show you choose costs more than the voucher, you only pay the difference. If anything is left over, the remaining balance stays available for another booking.
Can I give a value voucher or a specific show?
Our vouchers are value vouchers: you choose the amount freely and the voucher is valid for every show. So you do not have to commit to a particular evening — the recipient picks the show and the date themselves. Passing it on is expressly allowed; vouchers are freely transferable.
