FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum age for a visit?

Admission to the evening and afternoon shows is from age 12. The family show is designed for children aged 6 to 12.

Is the theatre wheelchair-accessible?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible entrance, wheelchair-accessible toilets and a wheelchair space in the front row (please book by phone: 0241 90068309).

Where can I park?

In the car park of the Cineplex / Kapuziner Karree (sat nav: Borngasse 20, 52064 Aachen). Alternatives: Couvenstraße car park and Galeria/APAG.

Can I book the theatre exclusively?

Yes, for private and corporate occasions – either a current programme or a best-of from all the shows. Enquire by phone or email.

How many seats are there?

A maximum of 62. No one sits more than about four metres from the action.

Is there a dress code?

We have no strict dress code. Still, we are glad when you take the evening for what it is: a night at the theatre, not a stopover.

Ladies: smart casual, for example a blouse, a simple top, a dress or trousers. Gentlemen: smart casual, for example a shirt or polo shirt, trousers, closed shoes.

Anyone coming straight from the office is dressed just right. And with 62 seats, nobody sits in the back row: we see you as closely as you see us.

May I bring my own food and drinks?

No. Depending on the show, food and drinks are already included in the ticket.
