No net, no false bottom, no distance to hide behind. „Nicht blinzeln!” is pure close-up magic – two hours of it, at arm's length. You see every move, every card, every coin from right up close. And that's exactly the mistake: the moment the impossible happens still slips right past you.

Christian Jedinat performs right among his guests – 62 seats, and not one of them more than four metres from the action. Coins, cards, cups and unusual props pass through his hands, and often through yours. Add the kind of humour that turns spectators into accomplices: charming, quick-witted, never at your expense.
